FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The KPTO is thrilled to partner with Guilty Bakery! Join us in supporting a local business, raising funds for KES and KIS and enjoying some delicious treats, too!
Q: This year, the KPTO is working with Guilty Bakery! Who are they?
“We're a woman owned business with our commercial bakery located in Hanover. We have children in both the Kingston and Abington school systems. We started Guilty Bakery over 12 years ago with a vision of a scratch bakery that doesn't just make pretty things, but delicious things, too. If you're going to feel guilty, you might as well make it worth it.”
Q: Cupcakes AND Cookie Dough this year?? And allergy friendly options??
YES! NEW in 2025, Guilty Bakery is able to offer cupcakes and cookie dough! You can choose both or either. Also, Guilty Bakery is able to accommodate allergy-friendly options (see the allergy section below)!
Q: I love cupcakes and cookie dough! How do I pay for them?
We love cupcakes and cookie dough, too! You can pay by cash, checks made out to “Kingston PTO” or online at our website. Your form must be returned to school with your payment! Write “I paid online” on your form if you did so.
Q: I have three kids at KES/KIS! Which form do you want?
Please only return ONE FORM PER FAMILY with any of your children. All orders are final!
Q: How many cupcakes can I order? Can I choose different cupcake flavors?
Cupcakes must be ordered in packs of 6: you can choose different cupcakes to create as many 6-packs as you wish! (i.e. a 6-pack with 2 Birthday Cake, 1 Cookies N Cream, and 3 Lemon.) Fresh for 5-7 days, cupcakes can also be saved in freezer!
Q: The grandparents also want to buy cupcakes and cookie dough… how does that work?
You can include multiple orders on your ONE FORM PER FAMILY! The orders will be packed up and labelled with the name of the person who ordered and placed in ONE BAG with the STUDENT’s name on it! When you come to pick up, all the orders will be in the one bag under the student’s name, sorted by year and classroom teacher! Please note that you will need to remember who ordered what flavor cookie dough on your own as the form does not track this! If you need extra room on the cupcake form, please ask your classroom teacher if there is an extra or print from our website.
Q: Can I purchase a large order?
Yes, we are able to accommodate larger orders for workplace staff appreciation events, children’s parties, etc. Please contact Barbara via text at (617) 816-2407 to confirm preferred your drop off date and location.
Q: Are the cupcakes allergy-safe?
Please contact Guilty Bakery directly with your allergy questions: (781) 924-3719. Please note: for allergy friendly cupcakes, Guilty Bakery strongly suggests ordering the full 6-pack of the same cupcake as cupcakes are not packaged individually. Cupcakes are baked in a facility that contains all the top nine allergens; while there are designated prep areas for our allergy friendly-offerings, please consume at your own discretion.
The allergy-friendly cupcakes are:
· Vegan Chocolate cupcakes do not contain dairy or egg, but do contain wheat and are frosted with vanilla vegan frosting.
· Chocolate Gluten Free cupcakes do not contain wheat but do contain dairy and eggs. Package has 3 chocolate frosted cupcakes and 3 vanilla frosted cupcakes.
