~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ FAQS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Q: I love cupcakes! How do I pay for them?
We love cupcakes, too! You can pay by cash, checks made out to “Kingston PTO” or
online at our website: click on the QR code or visit the website here:
https://www.kingstonpto.com/cupcakecharlies.html. Your form must be returned to
school with your payment! Write “I paid online” on the top your form if you did so.
Q: I have three kids at KES/KIS! Which form do you want?
Please only return ONE FORM PER FAMILY. We suggest returning your form with payment to the
classroom teacher of your favorite child. All orders are final!
Q: How many cupcakes can I order? Can I choose different cupcake flavors?
Cupcakes must be ordered in packs of 6: you can choose different cupcakes to create as many 6-packs as
you wish! (i.e. a 6-pack with 2 Chocolate Loves Peanut Butter, 1 Funfeti, 3 Chocolate Loves Oreo). Fun-
size cupcakes are much larger than mini, and slightly smaller that Cupcake Charlies traditional in-store
cupcakes. Fresh for 5-7 days, cupcakes can also be saved in freezer!
Q: The grandparents also want to buy cupcakes… how does that work?
You can include multiple orders on your ONE FORM PER FAMILY! The orders will be packed up and
labelled with the name of the person who ordered and placed in ONE BAG with the STUDENT’s name
on it! When you come to pick up, all the orders will be in the one bag under the student’s name!
Q: Are the cupcakes allergy-safe?
Please contact Cupcake Charlies directly with your allergy questions: (508)747-9225.
Q: How does pick-up work?
Cupcake Charlies will be delivering cupcakes every day from Wednesday March 1—Friday March 3! Each
grade will be assigned to a specific day. Watch KPTO social media and parent square for information on
when your grade will be able to pick up your orders. Cupcake pick-up will be at KES or KIS from 4-6pm.
Q: What if I can’t pick up my cupcakes?
Contact Barbara Gildea directly via text at (617) 816-2407 if you cannot pick up your cupcakes to make
alternative arrangements. Cupcakes held for longer than 48 hours will be eaten!
KPTO will receive $1 for every cupcake sold!
Thank you for supporting our schools AND your sweet tooth!
